Yearly billing saves you 15% compared to paying month-to-month. For example, Pro drops from $35/mo to $31/mo (billed as one annual payment). You can use coupon code HELIUMAI15 at checkout for an additional 15% off yearly plans.

Downgrades are scheduled for the end of your current billing period — you keep full access to your current plan until then. After the period ends, your account switches to the new plan. Cancellations work the same way: your access continues until the period ends, then your plan ends and you must subscribe again to keep using Helium.

If a payment fails, you get a 14-day grace period during which your quota remains active. We'll retry the charge automatically. If payment still fails after 14 days, your subscription is cancelled and you must subscribe again to continue.

We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods. Upgrades are prorated so you only pay for what you use in the current period. If you have a billing issue, you can reach out through our billing portal or contact support.

In addition to monthly quotas, each plan has hourly and daily rate limits to ensure fair usage. For example, Pro allows up to 60 chats/hour and 400 chats/day. Max allows 120 chats/hour and 1,000/day.

Upgrades take effect immediately. You're charged the prorated difference right away and your new quota (prompts, images, storage, etc.) is unlocked instantly. No waiting until the next billing cycle.

No. Monthly quotas (prompts, images, videos, presentations) reset at the start of each billing period. Storage is cumulative and does not decrease on downgrade.
