No. Your prompts, outputs, uploaded documents, and AIM memory data are never used for model training. Your data stays within your Helium workspace and is subject to your privacy controls. You can export or delete your data at any time.
Pro gives you unlimited prompts and generous multimodal limits (100 images, 3 videos, 50 slides per month) with 2 GB AIM storage and 20 integrations. Max removes all limits: unlimited everything, 5 GB AIM storage, and all integrations included. Max is for power users who generate high volumes of content daily.
Prism lets you load your brand guidelines (colors, tone, style, typography) into Helium. Once configured, every output your AI generates automatically follows your brand standards. Pro includes 2 Prism profiles (for example, one for your company and one for a client).
Yes. Helium Teams is available at $80/user/month with a minimum of 5 seats. Teams includes everything in Max plus a shared knowledge base, shared prompt library, team admin controls, usage analytics, and audit trails. For autonomous AI agents, Helium Bees adds $99/user/month on top of Teams.
